GTA’s vehicle cameras run on a specific vehicle recording, so it mainly depends on how close you are driving behind them. It also affects the rate at which they change their cinematic, as the person experiences a different view accordingly.
So, it is strange to see a regular camera showcasing such animations, as they could easily fall out of sync or glitch the screen. As a result, it would heavily affect the mission, as users would experience a higher level of difficulty.

Apart from all this, Lucas also made some things clear. He said, ”also to be clear, this is only for this mission. however, there were some for “Mr. Phillips” but they are not used in the game scripts.”
Either way, it was fun to see another glitch/animation, as the GTA community always comes across such things.
