Rockstar Games recently announced that they will be releasing the first trailer in December. Just the tweet from Rockstar’s co-founder and president Sam Houser crossed a million likes, making it the most liked gaming tweet of all time. It shows how much GTA 6 means to the gamers Especially, those who have grown up playing GTA.

Compared to its predecessor, the next game is far more hyped up right now and no one can deny that. Though it has been 10 years, fans are pumped. But also, because of a long wait, the expectation will also be very high. In an interview, Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take Two, talked about the challenge the Grand Theft Auto franchise faces. He stated, “It needs to be something you’ve never seen before.” He continued, “It needs to reflect the feeling that we have about Grand Theft Auto and that’s a big challenge for the team.”

During the infamous scenario with the massive leaks which were then taken down, fans got a glimpse of the game and what to expect. And now that the studio has officially confirmed the game’s trailer release window, one can only imagine how the internet is going to handle that. Judging by the reception the tweet got, the trailer will probably break the internet. Moreover, the reception to the reveal trailer will also determine the overall buzz for the title.

What to expect from Rockstar’s GTA 6 trailer?

Right now, everything appears to be a big mystery as far as the plot details are concerned. Aside from those leaks, the trailer will really shows us what’s in store for the fans. Thanks to the rumors, however, some information has already surfaced online regarding the lead characters.

The next Grand Theft Auto is said to feature two primary protagonists. While one is a male named Jason, the female character is expected to be named Lucia. The story will likely focus on their relationship while consisting of various twists and turns in an open-world style. Apart from this, there’s no other intel available in order to unearth the exact storyline.

The first GTA 6 trailer is set to release in early December, 2023. And when it does, we’ll surely get a glimpse of the map, characters and hopefully a release date as well.
