While Rockstar Games’ team hasn’t shared anything significant on GTA 6, eager fans are not leaving any chance of finding something related to the awaited instalment. Following the historic leak a few months ago, there have been multiple details based on the upcoming open-world game.

Although there’s hardly anything known about the setting of GTA 6 and its map, something that has created a buzz on social media recently among curious fans who think that a possible new detail is already out in the wild. Interestingly, this situation is directly connected with Rockstar’s ongoing title Grand Theft Auto: Online.
Latest speculation indicates a possible GTA 6 location has been revealed through GTA Online
ClassiqueGTA is a page on Twitter that keeps sharing stuff based on the iconic open-world franchise. A few days ago, the owner of this account posted a tweet with an image. It featured a top that had the name ‘Downtown Cab Co. Rever Collar’. The most unique thing about this item is the repeated pattern featured on it, with a modified taxi. Also, this top is an unreleased item from GTA Online.

According to ClassiqueGTA, “the skyline in the background is not from Los Santos” of Grand Theft Auto V. Now the biggest question is that if this location featured in the image doesn’t belong to GTA V, could it be an indication of what to expect from GTA 6? Maybe it’s a city to be featured inside the upcoming new title from Rockstar Games. However, it’s just speculation for now.

Meanwhile, industry insider Tom Henderson recently shared another crucial piece of information regarding GTA 6 rumors. In one of his tweets, the famous scooper revealed that Take-Two Interactive (parent company of Rockstar) took down a GOAT Simulator 3 advertisement “for including GTA 6 leaked gameplay”. At least that’s what the company believed to be the case.

It looks like, despite all the efforts of preventing leaked content from surfacing online, people at Rockstar and Take-Two are unable to stop them from emerging. But then again, most of the stuff is still rumored and cannot be confirmed yet. The only thing certain for now is that Grand Theft Auto 6 will possibly feature two playable central characters, including a female protagonist.
