Meanwhile, fans of another much-awaited game, GTA 6, are voicing Rockstar Games to take inspiration from Spider-Man 2.

The Rockstar title is in the works for a long time. And if reports are to be believed, this title may be the most expensive video game ever. But still, fans think there is one thing from the Spider-Man sequel that can be adapted into an expensive AAA title.

While fans all over the world are keenly watching the Spider-Man 2 gameplay, GTA fans caught a tiny detail in the gameplay. In a recent Reddit post, a fan noticed people watching over Miles Morales. When Morales is ready to swing away from a building, many fans noticed people looking at him from the windows of the building on the right.

This, according to the fan, was a very tiny detail but still added a lot of depth to the game. The fan said, “I keep watching the gameplay trailer of Spider-Man and when we are switched to miles there are people in the windows, I don’t know if Rockstar Games would add this but if they did it would be pretty cool.

From a development point-of-view, this task would be a difficult one to implement. Many development studios use static backgrounds for creating stationary objects, like buildings and structures.

Adding animated people into the buildings will force developers to make buildings with depth. This, however, can heavily affect the memory utilization of the games, especially in massive open-world games like GTA 6.

Due to all these challenges, this will not be a feasible task for Rockstar Games to just add a small detail. But Insomniac Games have set the example and attempted to do this for their title. Maybe Rockstar will also follow in their footsteps to give fans the best open-world game they can possibly create.
