Activision has showcased many features and new releases during the Call of Duty Next livestream. Fans have gotten to see a sneak peek of everything that’s new about Call of Duty. With that said, there is a new feature that has taken all the COD fans by surprise.
During the live stream, fans got to experience a new change that the devs made for the Gulag battle. Although this change will not be noticed in every Gulag battle, lucky players might stumble upon this easter egg.
The rare night vision Gulag

During the Call of Duty Livestream, one player experienced an unexpected occurrence while sent into the Gulag zone. The player found himself in the Gulag without any lights but to compensate, the famous night vision glasses made an appearance to save the day. Professional Call of Duty player Aydan was the first to stumble upon this feature while playing the game at the Call of Duty Next event.

When noticed, the player goes on to execute his enemy before mentioning what he just witnessed. This feature caught the players by surprise and when the clip surfaced on Twitter, it did the same to the fans. Although players won’t get to see a night vision gulag battle every time they spawn into the mode, there will always be a rare possibility that it will happen.
While some fans loved this feature, others were not on the same boat. Activision did manage to bring more attention to the game by adding this feature. Many fans of the older games would love to experience night vision while others might dislike the idea.

Upon seeing the clip on Twitter, fans of the series rejoiced as they got to experience a rare new feature on the first preview before it had even been implemented. Many fans shared their amazement at looking at the Night Vision feature making a comeback in Warzone.

This new feature received mixed reactions from the crowd. Some absolutely loved the element of surprise of entering a gulag match, but others showed their detest of the feature.
