Valve has officially revealed the successor to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, which has been one of the most popular first-person shooter games for almost a decade. Fans are going excited for Counter-Strike 2, which is planned to arrive in the summer of 2023.
The hype around the Counter-Strike 2 is growing with players getting access to the Limited Test. However, this limited access to the beta is still not a luxury for every CS: GO fan. A video recently went viral from the DreamHack this year, where they got over 200 gaming computers that have access to the limited-time beta for Counter-Strike 2. It is amazing to see so many computers with access to this upcoming FPS title. Even so, many players at their homes still don’t have access to CS2.

The renowned eSports journalist Jake Lucky also shared this marvelous scene from DreamHack. Undoubtedly, it was a great move by the world’s largest LAN party and computer festival, as countless fans are eagerly looking forward to trying the new exciting features of Counter-Strike 2.
However, the CS2 that the fans got to enjoy at the ongoing DreamHack is not the end product. This upcoming FPS title is still under development. The current beta only provides access to some selected features of the game. Even Lucky informed that many CSGO players are wanting a new CS2 beta access wave as the matchmaking queue times are extremely long.
But fans shouldn’t worry about these above-mentioned problems, as Valve is still working on the game and will give more beta accesses with new features in the near future. If Valve manages to do this, it will be able to attract more FPS players to Counter-Strike 2.
