Genshin Impact: Predicting How miHoYo Might Celebrate the Game’s Anniversary

Genshin Impact is now a multi-million dollar gacha game with players all across the world. Several players are excited about the game’s future and upcoming updates, mainly because of the interesting storyline that progresses with every update by developers.

miHoYo will soon celebrate the one-year anniversary of Genshin Impact. Naturally, after being such a successful game the developers would like to offer many rewards to its users. Here are some predictions on how miHoYo might plan to celebrate the game’s one-year anniversary with the users.

Genshin Impact anniversary predictions

Arguably, the precious thing that every user demands from miHoYo is primogems or wishes to summon on new banners. Being a gacha game, the developers already offer very few primogems to increase their profit sales. However, every developer gives their thanks to the users for all their support and love. Naturally, miHoYo will do the same and we may get many primogems in September.

Back when Genshin Impact was first launched, miHoYo offered players 1600 primogems and 20 Acquaint Fate. Hence, we might see something similar planned for one-year anniversary and get these rewards through a Daily Login event.

Other than that, we might also see some minor changes coming to improve the user experience. It may include the Daily Commission increasing to five, increase in expeditions rewards, and increase in condense resin slots.

New free skin and free five-star character

miHoYo has also recently introduced the skin feature to the game and it might offer a free MC skin to every user on its anniversary. While every character might get a skin in the future, it’s most likely for developers to release a skin for our main protagonist.

Last but not the least, miHoYo might let players get their hands on a free five-star character. The chances of this happening are very low, but not impossible. The developers can at least let players pick one of the five-star characters or weapons from the standard banner.

However, it’s up to miHoYo if they decide to be generous and let players choose one weapon and character. To say the least, it would be amazing. Developers have already released an event where players can choose one of the five four-star characters; therefore, they might let players choose any four-star character of their choice on the big occasion.
