Everything to know about the Genshin Impact 2.5 livestream

miHoYo has announced that the 2.5 livestream will air on February 4 at 07:00 AM (UTC-5). In order to watch the entire livestream, users have to watch it on Genshin Impact’s official Twitch account. Furthermore, the devs are offering free redeem codes worth 300 Primogems and other items during the livestream.

Interestingly, miHoYo announced that the livestream will also feature an online concert that will bring you a joyous time with beautiful melodies. Not to mention, the upcoming banners will also be revealed in the livestream.

Upcoming 2.5 banners

The only new character that we will see in the next update will be Yae Miko. Yae Miko belongs to the Electro element and according to some rumors, her release might help Electro element to gain immense popularity. Among all the elements in the game, Electro reactions are said to be the weakest of all.

Therefore, Yae Miko might become one of the strongest damage dealers even surpassing Ganyu, Ayaka, Eula, Hu Tao, and Xiao. Moreover, on the cover of the 2.5 livestream one can also notice Raiden Shogun along with Yae Miko and Traveler.

Hence, players might experience the first re-run banner of Raiden Shogun in the 2.5 update. Interestingly, miHoYo has been releasing at least two re-run banners with more recent updates. Thus, the only character that might get featured along with Raiden Shogun could be Sangonomiya Kokomi, who has one of the worst sale banners since the game’s launch.
