Don’t expect to find every resource served to you on a platter right after you find the Adamantine Forge. These things are scattered all over the place and you’ll need to do some searching if you want to forge the weapon of your choice. However, we have some inside knowledge that you can use to find the resources quicker and get on with your goblin-slaying adventure.
Location for the Mithril ore to use in the Adamantine Forge
There are possibly a number of locations where you can find Mithril ore to use for your weapons. The fictional metal is considered to be one of the strongest elements out there that can provide unparalleled protection and slaying capabilities. Till now, we’ve located two different areas that yield Mithril ore. These are:
- The lava pit near the waypoint for the Ancient Forge
- The lava pit near the Adamantine Forge
You’ll find the first location on the southwest side. The Mithril ore location near the Ancient Forge waypoint will be available for you to mine after you defeat the Ancient Guardians. After winning against your foes, you will find a path that leads you toward the lava pit. Just keep on the path and you’ll soon find the Mithril ore deposit.
To mine the ore, just use any weapon you already have and hit the ores to make them fall. You can then proceed to collect the same.
The second location you can find it is near the Adamantine Forge itself. As you walk down the pathway to the forge, you will find a secondary path on the north side. Follow the path to find the other Mithril ore deposit. However, keep your eyes peeled because the place can catch you off-guard. Magma Mephits protect the locations and will ambush you if you’re not on your toes.
All items to make at the Adamantine Forge
There’s a total of six items that you can forge at the location. You will need sufficient Mithril ore and a specific mold to forge each weapon. Here is everything you need to know about how to forge the weapons at Adamantine Forge.
- Adamantine Longsword: The Adamantine Longsword is one of the deadliest weapons you can make for yourself at the forge. The weapon grants Versatile Hitter, which can help to dish out heavy damage. Make a reeling 2 turn, or two turns in case you’re using the Longsword with both your hands, and experience the severity of its damage. The sword also allows you to Lacerate, Pomel strike, and Rush attack. To make the weapon, you’ll need the Longsword mold. The mold is found on the hanging bridge directly above the dock. To access the staircase, you’ll need to blow up the blockade at the western docks.
- Adamantine Scale Mail: It’s a medium armor that can reduce every damage by 1. However, be sure not to get fatally hit when you don the suit. You’ll need a scale mail mold for this item. The mold is found under the animated Armor Guards near the waypoint to the Ancient Forge.
- Adamantine Mace: A powerful mace that grants Swift Hitter. Using this weapon will keep your enemies down with a concussion. A mace mold is needed to make this particular weapon. This mold is also found near the waypoint to the Ancient Forge (on a table).
- Adamantine Splint Armor: Now this is some heavy armor you may enjoy if you prefer to take on your foes head-on. This reduces all damage by 2 and critical hits also don’t work on it. Enemies are granted three reeling turns after being hit with melee. A splint mold is what you’ll need to make this weapon. Take the path east from the Ancient Forge waypoint and you’ll find the mold lying at the left of the stairs.
- Adamantine Shield: This shield allows +2 AC. In case of a failed Dex save, Shield Bash your enemies to make them go prone. A shield mold is necessary for this one. In the dorm area, scour all the corpses for the mold. The path to the forge can be accessed through the stairs near the dock.
