Every fan of platformers and soulslikes should give this one a go. A dark, fast-paced platformer that pitches players against a dangerous environment, weird enemies, and very intimidating bosses.

A sizeable adventure where players unlock new abilities, uncover secrets, make new friends, and die again and again.

Spelunky 2 – $9.99

A sequel to one of the greatest indie platformers, this is one of the best roguelikes ever made. This game puts players in the shoes of a spelunker who is an expert at looking for treasure in dark underground caves.

Players would find themselves exploring unusual new locations, fighting weird-looking monsters, and dodging snakes. Just pick this one up if you would love to go on a dark adventure.

Hades – $12.49

An isometric action game where players control the son of Hades, who hates his father and just wants to escape the depths of hell. Turns out that hell is not a small place, and your father does not want you to escape it either.

And so, players find themselves fighting through numerous enemies, big and small, in order to escape. They would also make new friends, unlock new abilities, and listen to some really awesome music.

Dead Cells – $14.99

Yet another roguelike, but unlike any other game on this list. It is a combat-heavy, fast-paced platformer with a huge number of weapons, and items to unlock.

After every single playthrough, players would feel more and more powerful. They would even feel confident in starting a new game within seconds of dying! Its pixel art really complements its fast gameplay and beautiful art.
