Bethesda has offered a total of sixteen physical skills in Starfield’s gameplay which offer distinct abilities in each four ranks. These physical skills help players to survive in the game for a long and also improve the gameplay to take down the opponent. 1. Weightlifting

However, stealth is considered one of the best physical skills in Starfield, not because of its effect on the gameplay but for bonuses, which can be unlocked with stealth mechanics. Bethesda has provided a separate stealth meter, which gives distinct difficulties and damage percentages to four distinct ranks.
- Rank 1: 25% difficulty to get detected while sneaking. Additionally, they can cause 5% sneak attack damage with suppressed weapons.
- Rank 2: Difficulty of detection, is 50% with an additional 10% damage with weapons.
- Rank 3: 75% leverage to not get detected. With suppressed weapons, rank 3 players can cause 15% damage in sneak attacks.
- Rank 4: 100% detection difficulty with 20% additional sneak attack damages with weapons.
3. Fitness
In Starfield, players have to visit outer space locations where they will repeatedly face breathing troubles. Players opting for the first-person perspective can keep their helmets on during some parts of gameplay. Although oxygen consumption is important what makes it difficult for players is to sustain the oxygen while performing combat or other activities.

- Rank 1: 10% more oxygen availability
- Rank 2: 20% more oxygen availability
- Rank 3: 30% more oxygen availability
- Rank 4: However, rank 4 holders will have the most of this opportunity as they can use both stream teams and power attacks with significantly less use of oxygen.

4. Concealment
Stealth is an important skill for Starfield, but with the help of concealment, it becomes more effective in the gameplay. Concealment skills in Starfield get trickier as each rank holder gets distinct opportunities.
- For example, first-rank holders can perform a ranged sneak attack and cause 2.5 X normal damage. This will increase melee sneak attacks to 4X normal damage.
- For the second rank holder, ranged sneak attacks will offer 3X normal damage, with 5X normal damage with milli sneak attacks.
- This efficiency will consecutively increase for 3rd and 4th-rank holders as they will get cameleon-like sneaking abilities and cause way more damage with both ranged and melee sneak attacks.

5. Rejuvenation
In Starfield, rejuvenation is an equally important skill like stealth or physical fitness, as it helps players maintain their overall health. In this case, the rejuvenation skill helps players save a lot of time for boosting their health whenever it is below 25%. Rank-one players will slowly regenerate their health, whereas it will be quicker for second-rank-holder players. In Starfield, 3rd rank-holder players will gain their health way faster and even regenerate health while engaging in combat.
