Fresh Rumor Mill Churns Out Potential Window for the Next 2022 Nintendo Direct

Nintendo has a busy year with 2022 and a very successful one as well, to say the least. All three of its releases so far have turned into big hits already with Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Kirby, the Forgotten Land, and Switch Sports.

But there’s still room for more as Nintendo is preparing for the next batch of major titles in this calendar. Which means that it will take a moment to conduct an event as well in order to make the fans hyped for everything that’s about to come.

Simply put, a possibility of a Nintendo Direct might be there and that, too, very soon!

New rumor suggests Nintendo Direct may take place in June 2022

In the past few years, Nintendo has followed a specific pattern of conducting its main event during the E3. Except for 2020, two years ago, it has mainly revealed all its Direct sessions during the E3 only.

Now it’s already known that this year there won’t be an E3 event. Which means Nintendo may or may not come up with a Direct offering.

But it seems like there might be a chance that the Mario maker may unveil its event next month in June. At least, that’s what YouTuber Nathaniel, from Nintendo Prime channel, suggests in one of his recent videos.

He revealed that one of the trusted industry insiders, SamusHunter on Twitter, dropped some hints, few days back, regarding a possible Nintendo Direct in 2022. When a user asked the scooper if it will be in June or not, Samus replied that the event is, in fact, in the works at the moment. Because the makers have a lot of stuff to reveal and release dates to confirm.

But again, this can be taken just as a speculation for now. And fans should take this ongoing rumor with a grain of salt unless there is an official announcement.
