Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 new rumor details
Modern Warfare 2 has been the subject of various speculations for the past few months. The latest rumor from reputed leaker RalphsValve is concerned with skill-based matchmaking and how it could witness a change when the new game arrives in 2022.
The SBMM, so far, has been quite problematic for several Call of Duty players, and they have been wanting that it to only appear in the ranked mode and not in everything.

As of now, skill-based matchmaking is implemented in the normal multiplayer mode. This means that players have to face equally skilled opponents every time they enter the multiplayer mode to engage in a match. And that’s the cause of frustration for some Call of Duty players. Since they don’t get to simply enjoy the game; not everyone is interested in taking up challenges all the time, after all.
As for the Modern Warfare 2 launch, it will also see the release of Warzone 2 along with its own debut. But again, for the latter, it’s yet to be seen whether it will bring a change in skill-based matchmaking or not.
