Nintendo likes to keep things tight in its own bubble and hardly allows any third-party involvement. Although it does have partnerships with some studios making games for its Switch console, the Japanese giant hasn’t shown any interest in offering its native titles on non-Nintendo platforms.
However, this approach might change in the near future, thanks to the latest leak. It reveals that PC gamers might receive the biggest gift in the coming months in the form of a Nintendo title designed natively for the PC. But that’s not it, as there’s more to this news.

Is Nintendo bringing Mario Kart Tour to PC?
Zach from the channel SwitchForce is quite popular for coming up with exciting and intriguing news on the Mario maker. Recently, he uploaded a new video in which the YouTuber discussed about a major leak surrounding Nintendo games.
He mentioned that recently a data mine occurred for the title Mario Kart Tour. And it revealed different references and support for the mouse. Moreover, there were several other data mines and codes as well in the leaked report for native emulation.
So it might imply that maybe Nintendo is getting ready to bring its hit Mario Kart Tour game onto the PC. Still, the main question that arises is why would the Japanese giant do that and specifically with a Mario title?
It could be due to the fact that there’s already an upcoming release for the PC, which is the Google Play Games Initiative. This service’s main objective will be to bring Android games to the computer. Now Mario Kart Tour is already on iOS and Android. Thus, Nintendo may have partnered with Google to introduce it on the PC under the Google Play Games Initiative.

All things considered, Mario Kart Tour is set to become the first-ever Nintendo game to arrive on the PC, according to Zach. This means that PC players won’t have to try out a hack or any other method to enjoy the Japanese giant’s games. Because they will run natively on the system if Mario Kart Tour is any indication at the moment.
It really is massive news for PC gamers who are recently getting more perks than users on other platforms. Sony is focusing on bringing its PlayStation exclusives to the computer, with titles like God of War. Then there are the upcoming releases in Marvel’s Spider-Man, The Last of Us, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
