Forza Horizon 5’s success before release

As per the racer’s Hall of Fame leaderboard that compares the stats of players in the game, Forza Horizon 5 has around 800,000 users spanning from PC and Xbox. These are the players who purchased the $99 Premium edition.

One of the perks of buying the premium version is that the player gets early access. Players who possess the Game Pass can purchase the premium version alongside perks such as early access at a price of  $45.

Game’s ratings are soaring high

The game is glowing in terms of aggregator charts as well. It is as of now, the highest-rated new game of the year. OpenCritic had an average rating for the game at an astounding 92. The critic review was placed at a rare figure with a 100% recommendation from critics.

Metacritic as well had only good things to say about the game with Forza Horizon 5 getting an average score of 91 from the site. The game is also the sixth highest-rated game of the year. The PC version as well, does not lag behind. Moreover, Video Game Chronicles’ review of the game called this hyper-realistic looking racer, “the first essential game of the generation”.
