Despite Fortnite being seven years old, Epic Games has never failed to keep its users hooked by introducing new and interesting updates. And they have done it again as they just introduced a new mode called Creative 2.0, which allows players to develop their custom minigames and then share them with other players.
The new Creative Mode allows users to create minigames using Unreal Engine 5.1, which means they may use the most up-to-date game design tool to create high-quality unique game modes. Even the previous Creative Mode had some restrictions that Epic Games has removed with the new one, allowing fans to create many unique custom modes that are going viral on the internet.

Fortnite has been known for its bright and cartoonish visuals. However, a fan is creating a new horror map using Creative 2.0 and recently shared some glimpses of it. This horror map has already gone extremely famous on the internet. It has a dull color palette, which is unlike the usual bright colors of Fortnite.
Furthermore, the lighting on this map makes it more frightening and fascinating to play. Players will travel around in the dark on this unique Fortnite map, using flashlights to see around. This style of gameplay has a similar vibe to horror games like Outlast. This map also features a scary soundtrack that will send shivers down the spines of the gamers.

But a good horror game is incomplete without something sinister chasing the player down. How can this map have excluded such an important point? This horror map also features a zombie-like creature chasing the player. Most gameplay clips on this mode didn’t show players fighting the monsters chasing them. We can speculate that in this mode, players need to run and hide from the creature after them.
Further, the famous streamer TimTheTatman also tried a similar horror Fortnite Creative 2.0 map. In his gameplay, he could be seen playing as Peely and running away from a sinister-looking joker toy instead of a zombie. Although it seemed scary, the streamer sure liked this new mode like other Fortnite creators.
How did fans react to this horror map?
Fans are enjoying the new Fortnite Creative 2.0, and so they like this horror map created in that mode. Everyone praised this map for giving nice scares, which is important for something related to the horror genre.

Love the look of this! Where did you get the model from? I’m guessing sequencer activates a camera actor that plays the animation on this model?
