Fortnite 18.21 has dropped, and even though the update isn’t that big, that doesn’t lower its worth. The update kicks off the third week of Fortnitemares 2021 and seems to have lit up the event.
The new 18.21 update packs a ton of things for the remaining two weeks of the Fortnitemares 2021 event. But what stole the show was the arrival of the much-awaited Cube Queen to Fortnite Season 8.

The leader of cubes is here in Fortnite Season 8
Epic has shared some details about the new things coming with the Fortnite 18.21 update in its latest blog. Starting with the Cube Queen. The character was first shown off during the Fortnite Season 8 season trailer. Many speculations surrounded the Cube Queen, and now Epic has added the Cube Queen to the game. As the name suggests, she governs all the cubes on the Fortnite island, and she has now emerged from the shadows to take the fight to the players.
There are still many things that Epic has not revealed, like her intentions and her motive behind destroying the island. Caretakers are also a new addition to Fortnite Season 8 and are the Cube Queen’s most powerful fighters. These can be found in The Sideways, and defeating them will get you some rewards.

The Batman Who Laughs Outfit will grace the Fortnite Item Shop during this Fortnitemares event. It will be available with the Robin’s Perch Back Bling, Dark Multiverse Pickaxe and Glider, and the Dark Days Loading Screen in the Dark Multiverse Set on October 25.
To get the Batman Who Laughs Outfit, Back Bling, and loading screen, players will need first to obtain the Batman/Fortnite: Foundation comic book and use the code in the comic book to redeem the skin in Fortnite Season 8. The arrival of Cube Queen makes the current season even more interesting.
