Twitch’s newest controversy sees one of its biggest streamers make comments about another small streamer. This was none other than Ninja. Ninja took shots at Stable Ronaldo during TimTheTatman’s stream. During the entire ordeal, Ninja also made comments about another prominent streamer, Myth. Ninja’s comments took the streamer by surprise, with Myth’s reaction going beyond the realm of just jokes.

Myth clapped back at Ninja. His response was not one filled with anger but explained a deeper side of how these comments could impact the community.

When Ninja opened CS:GO cases alongside TimTheTatman and Cloakzy on stream, he made comments while drunk. While the comments made on Stable Ronaldo became the highlight, there was another individual Ninja joked about, Myth. Myth is one of the most prominent streamers on Twitch, emerging as Fortnite initially took off. During Tim’s stream, Ninja said, “And like Myth. Like, he went to YouTube and what happened? You know what I mean? That’s you right now!”

Ninja suggested Myth went out of the limelight after his move to YouTube. While Stable Ronaldo left a fiery response, Myth took another route. Myth’s response called out Ninja in a more relevant aspect. He reminded Ninja of the struggles streamers faced, one Ninja should remember after a lengthy career in the streaming industry, especially for smaller streamers trying to make a streaming career.

Myth pointed out what Ninja’s comments essentially meant he was making fun of anyone not as successful as him. In his tweet, he said, “It’s crazy having someone that experienced such massive up and downs in their career and knows exactly what it does to you mentally to be sh*tting on others that aren’t as “successful” as he is.”

While Ninja apologized the next morning, neither Ronaldo nor Myth was satisfied. Bugha, a former Fortnite World Cup winner, tried to defuse the situation, pointing out Ninja was drunk when he made the comments. Myth quickly pointed out that being drunk was no excuse for Ninja’s behavior, something fans agreed to.
