Operation: SkyFire is going to take place on September 12, and as per Epic, it will be an interactive event. The Alien Mothership has already begun the abduction of the Corny Complex, and soon the POI will be no more. Recently, a Fortnite fan shared a video that shows the Mothership opening its door. The Mothership has been hovering over the Island ever since Season 7 started and also contains the Imagined Order’s base. The countdown timer is floating above Corny Complex, and it’s becoming difficult to deduce what will happen next. Regardless, the abduction of Misty Meadows is still intact, and with the live event being interactive, players might be able to fight aliens under Dr. Slone’s leadership.

Dr. Slone has already deceived the aliens into abducting the Corny Complex; she might use these “Orbs” to destroy the Mothership from the inside out. Epic has also provided some clues concerning the upcoming live event. Dr. Slone and the players may infiltrate the Mothership to deliver IO’s final message to the aliens.
These are the timer backpacks the aliens use in their experiments. Perhaps Slone plans to override them so we can stay on the Mothership and take over it.

The message can be players activating these “Orbs” and using the backpacks on the Mothership to teleport back to the Fortnite island to observe the monstrous alien ship crash marking the end.
While these are just guesses based on what’s known, it will be interesting to see what Epic has in store for us.
