Fortnite recently received its 17.30 update, and with it came the gravity gun Grabitron. While this gun is plenty fun to use and is one of the best things to come to the game this season, it’s also not always very easy to find. While some players have found the gun in their matches, many are still confused where they should look for it. The good thing is there’s over one way to locate the gun.

Fortnite: a guide to finding Grabitron

There are two primary locations where the gun can be found. The first one is on top of the Abductor ships. And the second location is inside the Mothership. Unfortunately, there will be matches when the Abductors won’t be on the map, eliminating all possibilities of acquiring the gun from both locations since, without the Abductors, the Mothership is inaccessible. But, fortunately, there’s another way to get the gun, though it’s a long shot.

Players of the game started hunting for the gun the moment the update dropped, and many of them found the gun by opening chests. And that’s how players can obtain the gun when the Abductors aren’t around. That said, finding the gun in a chest is not super easy. Some players had to play many matches, which took hours, and open many chests till they could finally get hold of the elusive weapon.

Players will need to be patient and keep opening chests till they finally find the gun.

How to use Grab-Itron

The gun is unlike any other the game has seen so far. And using the gun is fairly simple. All players have to do is click the left button on the mouse to pick up an object. And then they will want to click the same button again to throw it. On consoles, players will use the left and right triggers to use the weapon.

Fortnite players had been waiting for the gravity gun to arrive for the longest time, and now their wait is finally over.
