In a couple of weeks, the Psyonix developed title, Rocket League will finally conclude Season 2. The season, that started over 3 months ago, is the game’s 16th competitive season and one of its biggest ever. But it won’t end with a dud, after the developers revealed they are collaborating with the ever-popular Battle Royale game, Fortnite. The collaboration sees the return of their highly popular event, Llama Rama.

Llama-Rama returns to Fortnite
Llama-Rama returns for the first time in almost two years, and the event is bigger than ever. Epic Games revealed the return of the event on Monday to send off Season 2 of Rocket League in style. The event will have a concert from Grammy nominated DJ and producer Kaskade in Party Royale on March 26 and 27.
All the Rocket League cosmetics will be available in the event, except the emote which will be in the item shop..

Players can also compete in various challenges in Rocket League and receive rewards in both the games. These challenges start on March 25 and end on April 9. Rewards in Rocket League include the Octane Decal – DJ Yonder, Umbrella Royale Wheels, Extra Ordinary Player title, and many more.
Leaked rewards for Llama-Rama
Popular Fortnite insider HYPEX revealed the new in-game items as part of the Llama-Rama event. The event adds in a lot of new cosmetic items inspired by the distinct elements of Rocket League.

Players can grab the Turbo Ball, which is the backpack inspired by the ball from the arcade game. There is a new Battle Ball spray, a Llama-Rama inspired Loading screen and a new lobby music called Everybody Dance. The event also adds a new weapon wrap called Zooming. Players can get these items by completing various challenges in Rocket League like playing matches, scoring goals, assists and points.
There is also a new emote which will be available in the shop as part of the event. The emote is called the Lil’ Octane, and it has the player’s character sitting on top of a Rocket League vehicle and driving it using a controller.

The event is a very fun collaboration between two of the biggest games in their respective genres. With rewards in both games and a concert from one of the world’s best DJs, it looks like the next 2 weeks are going to be a blast for the gaming community.
