Fortnite has entered season 5 of the Marvel storyline, which is presumably over with the final clash with ‘Galactus’ in season 4. Did the earth’s mightiest warriors survive the clash? Did the endgame black-hole kill them all?
Keeping that part of the mystery aside, there are more jaw-dropping Easter eggs on the season 5 map that only a handful of players know of.

Season 5 did not receive a warm response due to minimal changes to the map. Fans were expecting a rework of the entire ‘Battle Royale’ island, but what they got was not satisfactory. It seems like not changing the map at all has more to do with pre-planned things hinted at with these Easter eggs.
Nightmare is not just a location
If you head to the secret stronghold section of the map, you will find an area that is called ‘Nightmare’. It sounds spooky and dangerous, and yet there is no such thing in that location. However, Fortory dug deep into the game files and uncovered this minor mystery.
The name of this location is actually the name of a boss who could be added to the game soon. So dropping into this area of the map will soon turn into an actual nightmare.
There are files referencing to a possible boss at Stealthy Strongholds.
So whoever could this possible boss be? The Predator as some people theorize or someone else?

A new secret order in a secret stronghold
There is more to that location than just a nightmare. That section of the map also hosts a stronghold belonging to an unknown organization. The developers have designed the stronghold to remain hidden, directly underneath, right around the huts and the giant tree area.
It contains 3 secret elevators and a giant logo of a rumored ‘Imagined Order’ that was also teased in the battle pass. If you open your battle pass screen, you will notice the same logo in the background.
Bunker Jonesy
Spawn at the bottom-most island of the map called ‘Camp Cod’ and there you will find the house of ‘Bunker Jonesy’. Go find him, talk to him; he will have a bunch of cool things to say about everything that has happened so far.
Mandalorian blaster cannon
Epic Games might add a new mythic weapon into the game as an additional rare drop from The Mandalorian. Right now, if you kill this juggernaut of an NPC, he is going to drop you his sniper rifle or jet pack, or both. As per the leaks, The Mandalorian blaster cannon might make its way into the game, which would also serve as a rare drop.
An alternative version of Brute
Spawning at Hunter’s Haven will lead you straight into the hands of troopers, so slay them fast. Move around the area to find a house that has a secret garage section, where something is being built. It appears like the good old ‘Brute’ is being reworked, but only this version resembles a spider.

A Nightmare boss, a new secret organization, and a spider brute are all the right changes the map desperately needs. It seems like all of this was deliberate and fans just have to trust Epic Games with this one. The rumors suggest another content drop is being worked on that is going to be revealed fairly soon.
