The charming Battle Royale FPS Fortnite is known for its over-the-top collaborations with pop culture icons. From anime to popular movies and fantasy characters, you can find almost anyone in this game. But this crazy train is about to reach a completely new plane of existence, as a leaker has teased the arrival of a particular doctor. 

On Twitter, Leaker iFireMonkey, shared a massive chunk of text containing some vital information about the arrival of a new potential collaboration with the renowned British television series, Doctor Who. According to the information the leaker had garnered, it seems like there are discussions going on about a collaborative event. 

Is Doctor Who coming to Fortnite?

“It has recently been brought to my attention that there have been discussions in regards to a potential collaboration between Fortnite and Doctor Who,” said iFire in his Tweet report. According to his sources, Fortnite may have an interactive event collaboration with the television show, which may reward players with free items for completing challenges and missions. 

During this collaboration, the item shop will have 2 Skins, 2 Pickaxes, 1 Glider, and 1 Emote, all Doctor Who-themed. Stating the speculations, this event will most probably drop during November, during the 60th anniversary of Doctor Who. However, this date is completely based on rumors and speculation, official may vary. 

“There would also be a FREE Beep the Meep Spray as some sort of incentive for checking out the Creative map associated with this collaboration,” shared the leaker. Right now, there is no detailed information about the map, but the fact that it will be created in UEFN guarantees that the player will get a mind-boggling inter-dimensional experience, just like the show.

The Doctor Who collaboration was already in the talks ever since the Fall Guys event. “there was once plans for a “Zero Point” event for Fall Guys, with Doctor Who skins (which are already released in Fall Guys) originally being intended to come out of the Zero Point into both Fall Guys and Fortnite, but that eventually got scrapped,” shared iFire in his report. 

In the end, the Fortnite x Doctor Who collaboration is completely based on rumors and leaks. There haven’t been any official announcements regarding the event. The community has speculated even if this collaboration becomes a reality, there may not be any live event for this collaboration.
