If you play with the Doctor Strange outfit and talk to the Metal Team Leader NPC, she will ask you to tell her again about your "Synthezoid" friend, which is a reference to Vision. 👀

Fortnite hints towards new skins with an uncanny Easter egg
As you can read in the above tweet, leakers have discovered a strange easter egg that gives an insight into what we have next in line for the upcoming skins in the game. If players use the Doctor Strange outfit and talk to the Metal Team Leader NPC, the NPC asks the player to tell more about their ‘Synthezoid’ friend.
Notice the word ‘Synthezoid’. This could be a reference to Vision given the fact that he is a synthetic being created with the Mind Stone and an intelligent AI created out of the former JARVIS.
Fortnite already has an array of Marvel skins which include some big names such as the Black Panther, Black Widow, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Spiderman, Deadpool, and even Ghost Rider!

The addition of Wanda and Vision would nevertheless complete the entire Avengers series in the game and perhaps, Fortnite could even boast its own Marvel universe!

Fortnite has been consistent in adding skins when any major Marvel IP was released. For example, when Spider-Man: No Way Home was released, Epic was quick to make exclusive outfits featuring the Spider-Man and MJ outfit. The same was done when Venom: Let There Be Carnage was released with some amazing Venom outfits and emotes.
