This year’s event is dubbed Creative Mayhem and it will offer great rewards that fans would love to get their hands on. Gamers can use this link to sign up for the event, which will commence on February 7th and will go on till February 14th.

The event will offer a unique Mace of Hearts pickaxe and a special Love Reigns emoticon as a reward from the event. Gamers will only have to play on the creative map for 30 minutes to unlock the pickaxe while the emoticon will be distributed to anyone who signs up on the website.

Gamers aren’t happy with the way things are turning out, and the fault solely lies on the developers. Free rewards are amazing to have and gamers would love to pick them up, but sadly, the event is not working as intended. Fans are encountering issues and glitches that are preventing them from claiming their rewards.

Despite logging into the website and playing the game for 30 mins, this fan is not able to get the pickaxe.

Meanwhile, other fans point out that it could take upwards of 3 weeks for the studio to distribute the special pickaxe to the community.
