California star Jenna Ortega has been reigning over Twitter, thanks to the eSports community. The gaming world started a ‘strange’ thread on the platform, talking about her favorite video games. Ortega’s hype comes after her role in Tim Burton’s recently released ‘Wednesday’ that has taken over the internet in the past few weeks. Fans have gone gala over her performance as they loved the transition from horror to comedy. 

The 20-year-old starred in a bunch of horror, psychopath, and thriller movies/series in the past, making her rank in the category for months. But this sudden jump to comedy caught every fan’s attention as they applauded her for her performance. 

However, the fan’s excitement took a strange turn over the course of time, as they expressed their feelings through a random Twitter thread on the platform. They put out multiple posts talking about her favorite video games, consoles, etc, claiming every piece of news to be true. But with no official source backing the bit, it has become clear that the hype has taken its course.

Jenna Ortega can be the best example to explain this, as she recently fell prey to a strange controversy. Apparently, fans started a bizarre Twitter thread claiming various favorites of the ‘Wednesday’ star despite no confirmation from the woman herself. Interestingly, they posted multiple quotes talking about her most-loved video games, which shook the internet with time. Here’s how they looked. 

While every tweet followed a patent pattern, it read a certain quote attached to it. “It’s my favorite thing to do when I want to relax and turn my brain off.” The statement had no relation with the ‘YOU’ superstar, as she never made any of them in time.

Still, fans found a way to pin it on her amidst her recent series success on Netflix. The mentioned games stretched from Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Overwatch, League Of Legends, and the popular battle royale Fortnite. 

Surprisingly, one of the tweets also spoke about Jenna’s obsession with Xbox Game Pass, claiming, “I’ve been obsessed with this service since it came out, it really is the best value in gaming.”
