Former Twitch star Ludwig recently mocked the purple platform following the JiDion and Pokimane controversy. JiDion became a pretty popular figure on multiple social media platforms soon after he joined Twitch. However, soon after joining Twitch officially, JiDion was subjected to a lot of hate because of his involvement in Pokimane’s stream being raided. This also got him a ban.
Speaking of the ban Twitch hand JiDion, Ludwig has mocked the platform, saying that Twitch is extremely inconsistent with its bans. He also highlighted the point that a permanent ban is not fair. Moreover, Ludwig also tried to simply explain the situation to his viewers.
Ludwig said, “Welcome to Twitch man. They are the most notoriously inconsistent at banning people. There is no straightforward thing. It honestly feels like there’s a random person who decides a random allotted amount of time based off of I don’t know how they are feeling that day in part.”

Ludwig also talked a lot about the ban and whether a permanent ban was needed. He said, “Is a perma ban fair? Maybe not, but here’s the thing, perma bans from Twitch are indefinite bans, and I think rather than going on Twitch and then showing that you’ve changed, it makes sense that in your ban period you should show change, right?
“It makes sense that if you were banned for 14 days, in those 14 days, you should show that you have changed and that you are not trying to target or harass streamers even if you don’t like them.”
