‘Build A Rocket Boy’ developed debut project Mindseye has officially been showcased. The trailer had been a long due after its alleged tease in March 2023. As developers, not just the product itself, but the platform it uses for the run is an intriguing experiment for the gamers.
The publishers describe Everywhere as a ‘community-driven gaming platform’. According to the developers, this specific project would provide the players with the liberty to implement their creative imaginations to the maximum potential.
Mindseye as a game is branded as something more than just a conventional format art. The former GTA developer has tried to carry on the legacy of his associations with Everywhere as it allows a gameplay of endless possibilities. The visionary motto of the studio is evidently imbibed in their upcoming work. The trailer quotes, “This is Everywhere, a world where we can transform it, improve it, make it our own. We are all architects of this new world”.
The legacy of GTA and Red Dead Redemption
The birth of ‘Build A Rocket Boy’ is associated with the unfortunate end of a phenomenal partnership. The creator’s service to the GTA developers came to a sudden break in the year 2016. After supposedly being fired from Rockstar Games, Benzies had purportedly taken a break in 2014 after Grand Theft Auto V‘s release. This sparked a somewhat crazy lawsuit that claimed Rockstar had fired Benzies and that he was due unpaid royalties.
In addition, he asserted that he was a crucial part of the business, taking responsibility for salvaging Red Dead Redemption near the conclusion of its development when it was facing many challenges. However, the launch of Everywhere marks a new chapter in the life of the developer. Here’s the first official look at the trailer.
