Valorant brought their new Asia-origin Agent to life with an amazing 3D billboard on the streets of the middle east. The 3D billboard is a part of the campaign to promote the launch of the new playable character.

ValorantAR shared a video on Twitter to showcase the out-of-this-world animation of the billboard. Recently, FPS giants like Fortnite and Call of duty have also taken this cutting-edge method of promotion!

The billboard is “making waves” as fans all around the world are amazed by how lifelike and gorgeous the animation is. Valorant is known for its out-of-the-box ad campaigns, but this time they have truly reached new heights. 

New Valorant agent Harbor comes to life in Dubai 

Pedestrians were caught in the waves in the JBR area in Dubai as Valorant’s new Agent Harbor brings the sea into the streets. Two massive billboards placed opposite each other featured an amazing animation to promote the new agent.

The animation not only had 3D effects but also two of the billboards were synced to give a much more realistic effect. The amazing effects made the casual on-goers awestruck as they witnessed a gigantic avatar of the new agent use his powers to bring the sea waves on the city streets. 

According to the game’s lore, Harbor is an agent from India. He storms the field wielding ancient technology with dominion over water. He unleashes frothing rapids and crushing waves to shield his allies and pummel those that oppose him. On the battlefield, he has the “controller” role. His prowess in both attack and defense makes him a great addition to every team.

Other 3D Billboards of games all around the world  

Recently, the use of 3D billboards to promote new games has been spreading all across the world. It has become a kind of trend among game publishers. Huge titles like Call of duty, Fortnite, Resident Evil, and many more have used 3D billboards to promote their games.

At the London Piccadilly Circus, a giant 3D Billboard featured an amazing animation to promote the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. In Newyork Times Square Resident Evil and Fortnite used 3D Billboards to tease their games. Fifa, Rocket League, and many more gaming franchises have participated in this new trend to promote their games.
