Business tycoon Elon Musk has recently become the torchbearer of the social media platform Twitter. Ending the month-long speculations of acquiring Twitter, Elon stamped a $44 billion deal and acquired the social media platform. But it seems some companies, including Nintendo, have stopped a Twitter service from their side.

Elon Musk has been a famous businessman in the present world. From Tesla to Twitter, personality is a vital part of many reputed companies. And as Elon stepped in as the new boss of Twitter, he made some of the most riveting changes in the community.

As reported by Mashable, Elon tweeted that “Twitter Blue’s monthly subscription fee will increase to $8, and include a blue checkmark verification badge as one of its perks.” Moreover, MrBeast and Elon did indulge in a talk to frame out how to re-introduce Vine and the steps to make it better.

Moreover, another development surfaced when it got known that Elon might be contacting Logan Paul for this sole purpose. They are also rumored to shake hands on a billion-dollar deal to make it happen. However, it seems that some companies have suspended a vital service of the Twitter platform.

Nintendo has decided to discontinue a vital service on Twitter

As per the Twitter Business website, “Twitter Ads are the perfect complement to organic content strategy. The promoted, paid content you create in your campaigns will appear as Promoted Ads and/or Follower Ads — all exposed to a broad audience of your choice for increased exposure and visibility. It’s easy to get started.” And it seems some big names in the industry might just be suspending this service.

Recently, the Twitter account Politics Verse (@PoliticsVerse) tweeted the list of companies who have suspended Twitter Ads. Here is the list provided by the Twitter account:

After paying close attention to the list, one would surely find Nintendo as one of the members of the list. Notably, Nintendo is a renowned company in the video gaming community. From video game titles to breakthrough consoles, the company has earned a reputed place in the industry. Also, it stands as one of the most loved gaming companies across the globe.

Hence, it can be absorbed that the company would no more be practicing Twitter Ads service. Above all, this move coming from such a company does highlight the seriousness of the move. It is important to note that this cannot be verified as retaliation for Elon’s expected changes to the platform. Although, companies like Spotify, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola and American Express taking such a step does make it a pivotal piece of information to learn.
