Thestrals are horses with wings (somewhere like a unicorn) skeleton-like bodies and faces that look reptilian. However, the Ministry of Magic considers Thestral as a dangerous creature that brings misfortune.

And only those witches and wizards who have witnessed someone passing away can see that creature. Well, definitely they are not the happiest or most beautiful creatures on this list, but they surely portray the other dark side of Hogwarts and the Harry Potter universe.

Merpeople in Hogwarts Legacy

Who doesn’t adore mermaids, right? Mermaids are one of the most popular creatures. As expected, they live underwater in Hogwarts and can be found easily in Blake Lake. These creatures are super mysterious, so it would be great to have them in the school of magical spells.

Something worth noting here is that nothing has been officially yet. Maybe these creatures will be there in Hogwarts Legacy to level up the adventure, or maybe the developers have something else in mind. Only time could.
