With just over a month left before Far Cry 6, the hype for the game is quite genuine amongst the gaming community. Ubisoft is trying to cater to this hype and has released gameplay visuals for Xbox Series X in a gameplay stream.
Narrative Director Navid Khavari and Ubisoft hosts Youssef Maguid and Chris Watters appear on the live stream to discuss weapons, offer sneak peeks at the story, and provide several unseen gameplay footages.

Far Cry 6 at Gamescom 2021
Ubisoft released far Cry 6’s latest and final trailer in Gamescom 2021 last week. The narrative of Far Cry 6 is centered around a rebellion against the Yaran dictator, Anton Castillo. Castillo is employing slave labor and destroying the soil in the tropical nation of Yara to create Viviro, a very effective cancer cure. Players will take on the role of Dani Rojas as they join the island nation’s guerilla forces to end this tyranny.
The stream shows the various weapons, firepower, and other techniques Dani can use to fight against the dictatorship.

Release date and preorders
Far Cry 6 is set to release on October 7, 2021, after several pushbacks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The final release date was revealed in the gameplay trailer reveal in May 2021.

The preorders will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Stadia and Epic Games, and Ubisoft Stores for PC. Xbox One and PS4 users can upgrade their game version to the new-gen Xbox Series X|S or PS5 version for free.
