Marvel’s Avengers has become the subject of various criticisms and unfavorable feedback from the players. It’s not because the game itself is bad or anything, but because the team at Crystal Dynamics has somehow disappointed the fans on multiple fronts.

As if the ongoing complaints were not enough, Marvel’s Avengers just found itself in another problematic situation. Not to mention that it’s directly related to the people at Square Enix and CD.

Has Marvel’s Avengers lost the plot?

Whenever the dev team comes up with a new skin announcement or offer in the game, it has mostly faced harsh responses from the players on Twitter. Even after the beginning of the new year, Crystal Dynamics seems to be going down the skin-based route with Marvel’s Avengers. There’s just no sign of a fresh content or expansion at all.

While the circumstances were already bad for the superhero title, they just turned worse for Marvel’s Avengers.

Recently, the official account of the game shared another outfit-based tweet regarding various superheroes in the title. Fans, however, reacted in an extremely negative way to this. Moreover, they had a valid reason for their response.

Majority of the users replied by pointing out that Marvel’s Avengers’ team deleted their replies under previous tweets. And interestingly, all those hidden replies consisted of harsh criticism for the game. The simple reason for that was the title is lacking majorly in the way of extra content and major updates.

Fans have been continuously asking for a future roadmap and how Crystal Dynamics will do it. But to their surprise, the dev team hasn’t come up with anything on this matter. Instead, they have now begun to silence the negative reactions instead, according to those players who actually want the game to get better.

One angry user rightly tweeted, while writing, “Have you lost the plot?”
