One of the biggest events of the year, The Game Awards, is nearly here. Above all, This year’s The Game Awards is going to have the biggest lineup yet with approximately 40 games expected to be showcased this time. The Game Awards is that special event where the entire gaming industry comes together for one night to celebrate the future of video games.

According to the organizer and host Geoff Keighley, it is the trailers and premieres that drive the show, and it is important to have as many premieres as possible to make this show a great hit. He also highlighted the point that there will be tons of content for the coming years showcased at this event.
Also, The Game Awards is half about the actual awards and half about announcements and premieres for the upcoming new titles.
Unlike last year, this time it is a live event at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on December 9, 2021. Last year, it was a virtual event mainly due to the pandemic restrictions and lockdowns all over the world.
