Louise mentioned that at Xbox, “We are proud that women make up over half of our gaming leadership team and are forging the future of gaming and at Microsoft, women now represent 29.7% of the core global workforce.”
Meanwhile, the team of Xbox wants to focus more on mentorship for women in gaming.
From leadership to on the screen, women should be represented at every level of gaming.
