Call of Duty Modern Warfare was undoubtedly one of the best franchise games in 2019. After its release on June 30th, the game rapidly progressed to bag over 11,655,465 players in just a year. But after the release of Call Of Duty: Warzone, a battle royale game, hit the top spots of the Activision charts. Later, the franchise released two more titles, Call Of Duty: Cold War and Call of Duty: Vanguard.
After going dark on social media, Infinity Ward, Activision’s subsidy, dropped a hint that something was on the way. While the picture remained blank for a majority, a few fellow fans spotted the “Ghost” standing behind the staircase. Fans were already anticipating the sequel of the Modern Warfare, and with Infinity Ward’s hint, they already knew what to expect.

Later in the week, the company revealed the logo and a teaser of the Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, confirming the release.
Call Of Duty Taskforce 141 ready for Singapore
The teaser featured the official green and white logo and flashed a sneak peek of the task force 141. Additionally, it included a set of coordinates spotted by lurkers on the internet. They are 1.3521? N. 103.8198? E and appear in Singapore. The coordinates were too hard to find, thanks to online fans who managed to decode them efficiently.
With the prequel ending with Captain Price forming the task force to battle against Zakhaev and pulling out Soap and Ghost, they seem to have no connection to the sequel’s setting. But here’s the catch. The land of Singapore has been the franchise’s choice for multiple games. We saw it featuring in Black Ops 2-4 and now possibly in Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. With this new setting, fans can expect a better storyline, a flashback of Zakhaev, and an addition of new characters.
