Assassin’s Creed lovers are excited for the vast future for the saga

Firstly talking about the much-awaited reveal, then Mirage was finally presented with an impressive trailer. The game’s story will be based in ninth-century Baghdad when it was at the peak of its Golden Age.

Basim Ibn Is’haq, a street thief, will be the main protagonist of this installment. He will be seen joining the Hidden Ones while being on a mysterious quest. Basim’s mentor, Roshan, will be played by Emmy-winning actress Shohreh Aghdashloo. Assassin’s Creed Mirage is already available for pre-orders now.

Moving further, Ubisoft also revealed more Assassin’s Creed offerings. There’s Codename Red, an expansive title, to say the least. One can compare its scale to a similarly sized title like Valhalla. It will be set in Feudal Japan, being made by Ubisoft Quebec. Per the publisher, it’s going to begin what will be called the ‘Period Three’ of AC. An exact release date is yet to be officially confirmed.

AC Codename Jade will also be arriving soon in the future. It is being made for the mobile platform. Set in ancient China, it will try to attract fans in the Chinese region by offering a free-to-play format. Last but not least is a collaboration project, being developed by Ubisoft for Netflix.
