Musk initially began taking shots at the California tech giant while claiming that the iPhone maker is reportedly planning to “withhold” Twitter app from its App Store. Although there’s no actual confirmation or news regarding this allegation.

Apple has been known, however, to previously remove certain apps from the iOS App Store. One of the biggest examples of the company’s strict stance against select applications is its removal of Epic Games‘ Fortnite mobile game. Following a dispute between the two firms in 2020, Fortnite was banned from the App Store for all iOS devices. Despite its popularity, it hasn’t appeared on Apple’s platform since.

While Fortnite hasn’t got anything to do with the ongoing, mysterious tussle between Elon Musk and Apple, it somehow made an appearance in the bigger picture. Elon Musk shared a tweet where he posted an old parody ad from Epic Games targeting Apple. The advertisement was originally made by the battle royale’s developer when it was battling it out against the tech giant two years ago.

Obviously, the above tweet was shared by Mr. Musk to launch an attack on Apple. Probably, he wanted to express his agreement with the parody ad claiming that the iPhone maker tries to have a monopoly.
Meanwhile, fans were quite surprised by the constant attack of Elon Musk towards the California-based tech giant. All things considered, many of them openly supported the business magnate on his stance against the iPhone maker. “Elon Musk is going to put Apple out of Business!” wrote one Twitter user.
