It appears From Software really struck gold with Elden Ring. The game that was initially being called just an open world Dark Souls title proved it has feet of it on and stands tall on them too. It became the biggest launch for from software ever. It also has a luxury of being a game with George R.R. Martin as one of its writers.

It sold over 17 million copies within a few months of its launch, and it even won what people consider the biggest honor in gaming, Game of the Year Award at the game Awards 2022. And it appears it has no intention of stopping with these achievements.
