Recently gaming YouTuber Fextralife got to attend the preview session for the upcoming FromSoftware title. While multiple new features and reveal have already come forward with the Gameplay preview of the title, the YouTuber learned something shocking there. The FromSoftware devs informed the YouTuber that “the game would be around 50 to 60 hours long”.

However, it is still up in the air whether this was time to complete the main story or combined time to do all side quests in-game. Whatever might be the case, this entry is set to become the longest Armored Core game, and that too with high margins. The 2013 Armored Core V has a main story playtime of 12.5 hours, while it takes 41 hours for completing all quests.

And the next entry of the series is breaking that record too. However, longer playtime is not the only thing new with the title. According to the new gameplay preview, Armored Core VI will be FromSoftware’s first-ever game to support 120 FPS on PC. Furthermore, with ray tracing and customization options, FromSoftware is gearing this title for commercial success.

But the large gameplay time has raised the eyebrows of many gaming fans. This is due to the fact the FromSoftware said Elden Ring will take 30 hours to complete. However, average gamers take up to 50 hours to complete that title. So fans are speculating that Armored Core VI will have gameplay time higher than 50-60 hours.
