Call of Duty may have lost a key fan in Dr Disrespect, as Vanguard failed to impress him. Earlier in the week, Doc stated that he did not enjoy Call of Duty: Vanguard despite playing the game for hours upon hours. His experience with the game bored him to death, and that’s not a good sign at all.
On the other side, the recently released FPS title, Battlefield 2042, has managed to impress him. After being absent for nearly 3 years, EA has brought the franchise back from the dead. And now, Doc is openly backing the game despite being a hardcore Call of Duty fan and streamer.
In his latest stream, Doc picked up the title and stated all the things he really liked about Battlefield.

“I gotta be honest. I had such a great time with Battlefield 2042 beta, And I think a part of it was that for whatever reason, I quickly dialed in my settings, my mouse settings, and all my key bindings and I was right in it, and I didn’t really have to change anything. You know, that became a streamlined process, so I was just thrown right into it and it felt good, sniping felt good, the game felt good and it looked absolutely incredible.”
Needless to say, the outspoken one certainly seems pleased with the experience he had playing Battlefield 2042. And, let’s not forget that Dr Disrespect is not one to hold back, which means that if there had been anything negative he had to say, he would’ve said it.

Dr Disrespect has jumped ship because of Vanguard’s uninteresting gameplay
The community’s reception regarding Battlefield’s beta wasn’t the same as Doc’s. Quite a few people did not have a good time with the game. However, the aforementioned statement from the streamer has definitely shocked everyone in the community. He has been a fan of the franchise for many years and he has even worked on a few titles. This major shift in his opinions might rub certain fans the wrong way, as Vanguard has mostly received positive reviews from the community.
