It’s not hidden from anyone that Dr Disrespect doesn’t like Twitch. Since the time he was banned, mysteriously, in 2020 from the streaming platform, the Two Time has consistently expressed his non-favorable thoughts about the streaming giant.

Well, Dr Disrespect just got this opportunity once again, following a major update from fellow streamer Trainwreck. In case anyone missed it, the latter has decided to start his own platform, after getting upset with Twitch on different grounds.

Dr Disrespect thinks Twitch will end very soon!

Just recently, Trainwreck gave an update about his streaming career going forward. While mentioning how difficult it is to make money on Twitch right now, giving his own reasons, he also announced a new platform called Kick. Basically, it will be a rival to the present streaming giant.

Speaking about his opinions for Twitch, as mentioned in his update, Trainwreck stated that despite making a profit, the Amazon-owned platform has failed to pay the creators a good amount. On top of it, it keeps on cutting the shares from their earnings.

While Dr Disrespect seemingly agreed with his points, he had one correction to make. Replying to Trainwreck, he wrote that Twitch is not making a huge profit at all. In fact, it’s on the verge of falling down very soon. “There’s one thing completely wrong in your update Train…. The purple snakes are nowhere near being profitable,” read his tweet.

Continuing further, he also tried to suggest that Twitch will end sooner than expected, given its current approach. And that its downfall is simply inevitable. “The platform is stapled together by the mere existence of only a handful of creators and their communities. It’s inevitable,” he further added.

Even if someone doesn’t agree with Dr Disrespect, they can’t deny the fact that many top names from the streaming community have left Twitch in the last few months. Moreover, they have expressed their growing distaste as well for the platform. It will be interesting to see whether Doc’s prediction will turn out to be correct or not in the future.
