The new Pacific Caldera map is coming to Call of Duty Warzone, and players are extremely excited about it. Moreover, to give a little sneak peek into what fans are getting with this brand new Pacific Caldera map, Raven and Sledgehammer recently dropped a new event called Secrets of the Pacific.

The main motive behind this event is to hype up the release of the Caldera map and also to give them some information about the same.

But unfortunately, the majority of the players are not happy with the event, and Dr. Disrespect and TimTheTatman have explained why. YouTube icons Dr. Disrespect and TimTheTatman explained why all the rewards in the events are not worth all the effort. After getting eliminated from a match, the YouTube streamers briefly discussed the rewards.

On checking out the rewards, both the Doc and Tim were disappointed.

“I did this whole thing for postcards Doc?” TimTheTatman groaned.

Six of them Jimmy, which probably could have just gone online and checked them out on Twitter,” Dr. Disrespect replied sarcastically.

I’ve seen this since the Nintendo 64. It’s black and grey pictures. I can’t zoom in, I can’t do anything. There’s no ‘coming soon,’ maybe you drop [into Caldera] and it just fizzles back,” Tim ranted.

Despite all the frustration and anger with the event and especially the rewards, Dr. Disrespect is still pretty excited about the map’s release. According to Doc, the map somehow reminds him of PUBG.

Warzone Secrets of the Pacific event

Warzone Secrets of the Pacific event is a simple yet fun event in which players have to find six secret objects spread across the map in different parts. All of these six objects are placed in a specific location and you’ll discover them by simply interacting with them. But there’s a catch. From that moment, a message on the side will let you know how many circles you have to survive to win the reward.

However, players have to complete all the given tasks in the game to win the rewards. If you don’t manage to complete these tasks, you’ll have to try again in another match.

Players can also replay the entire event as many times as they want, giving them enough chances to just grab those new rewards. Warzone’s new Pacific Caldera map is all set to release on 8 December 2021. So we’re just a couple of days away from the grand release. Hopefully, this time Warzone will deliver on all its promises.
