Nintendo’s iconic Animal Crossing is a widely popular gaming franchise, adored by millions across the globe. Arguably, for many, it’s the best social simulation series ever. The first-ever 2001’s Animal Crossing got so popular, resulting in devs launching multiple games in the franchise. Notably, on May 7th, the Reddit user “SandKittyCat” melts the community’s heart with this TV, playing City Folks on it. Meanwhile, she also mentioned: “Saw this tv for sale and immediately knew what I had to dedicate it to”.

No doubt, she made the right call. The post features three images. Take a moment to go through them all. Apparently, it’s the same fancy TV that trended in the 90s, thanks to its eye-candy apple-shaped design. The foldable double door design with integrated speakers further makes it more appealing. Moreover, replying to fans’ comments, “SandKittyCat” stated she bought this TV for $150 in the marketplace, and it’s 17 years old.

Animal Crossing: City Folks and fans’ reaction

Nintendo launched the popular title on Nov 16th, 2008. Also, it’s the third game in the Animal Crossing series that was exclusive to the Wii console. Developed by Nintendo EAD, the fans absolutely loved the game. That led to it winning two awards: IGN Wii Award for Best Simulation Game and GameSpot Award for Least Improved Sequel.
