Developed by FromSoftware, this game brought a new world of fantasy for its players based on a similar literary aesthetic to George R. R. Martin. Played in a third-person perspective, Elden Ring caught the attention of gamers the day it was released on the market.

However, this game recently made the headlines again. Amid all the gossip, fans are speculating that this game might soon make a grand appearance on the Xbox Game Pass list. As usual, this news made a lot of noise among the Elden Ring fans.

Is Elden Ring finally coming to Xbox Game Pass?

Following its popularity, fans expected that Elden Ring might come as a lucrative addition to Xbox Game Pass, similar to Bethesda’s Starfield. Recently, some Elden Ring fans spotted the game’s presence in the list of games playable on Xbox Cloud Gaming. Following this news, the whole social media went crazy anticipating this game’s entry on Game Pass. 

Last year Microsoft announced that Elden Ring’s presence on the Game Pass or Cloud Gaming platform of Xbox was a bug. Microsoft further confirmed to solve this issue for their users. Microsoft’s statement was verified by The Verge’s editor, Tom Warren who also posted about it on his official Twitter account. Recently, breaking all the controversy, Xbox VP Sarah Bond’s Tweet suggested that this game might soon make its actual entry to Xbox Games Pass.

Fans anticipated Elden Ring on Game Pass

Although the decision is yet to be announced, it seemed that fans had already caught up their mind thinking for Elden Ring to join the Xbox Game Pass. It was fun to see their excitement while posting the news on Twitter among the fan community- “Elden Ring on #XboxGamePass.”

Players believed that most of the gamers already bought and played Elden Ring so bringing it on Game Pass won’t be a bad decision for the developers- “Everyone bought it already I don’t see why not.”

Fans believed that the game’s availability on Game Pass can increase the number of players vested in the game globally- “More people online and I hope play anywhere.”

Overall, people seemed to be pretty excited about the game- “That would be great. But i hope they aquire fromsoft, That would be epic! Imagine the salt.”
