YouTube signed former Twitch stars Valkyrae and Ludwig. But recently another platform called Kick has also joined the fight.

Kick is a livestreaming network that became known because of ties to Stake.com, an online casino company. It drew even more attention when well-known Twitch streamer Adin Ross switched to this platform. But Kick grabbed more attention because of its lack of moderation. Recently, a Kick streamer again did something unnatural.

A Kick streamer put a fork in a toaster

A small-time Kick broadcaster by the name of “GooseIsLoose” recently made headlines after trying to insert a metal fork into a toaster on his latest livestream. The stream then cut out, following an eclectic spark generated by the streamer’s careless actions.

It is common knowledge that trying to stick a metal fork in an electric appliance could be dangerous. However, the Kick streamer forgot this simple science as he tried to prepare some waffles to eat on stream.

But then the streamer decided to fiddle with the fork, which was still inside a working toaster. Then the metal fork touched the side of the toaster, which caused the entire accident on the stream. He received a lot of criticism for his foolish actions. Many believe Kick needs to be strict with the streamers to prevent them from doing such reckless things on the stream.

How did the internet react to this accident?

It was no surprise that the streamer received a lot of criticism from the audience. Many thought it was his desperate attempt to go viral by doing a foolish thing on the stream. If it was his plan, then GooseIsLoose sure did succeed with this plan.

Although some were worried about the streamer after the accident. But GooseIsLoose tweeted that he was making breakfast in the morning and then had to go get a power strip.

This isn’t the first time a Kick streamer was reckless on the stream. Even Adin Ross streamed some inappropriate things on his livestream.
