The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is full of different types of enemies. From small enemies like Chuchus to big fat monsters like Honoxes. But this time around, Nintendo has decided to up the challenge tenfold. They have added classic monsters like Gleeoks.
These Hydra-like monsters have three heads, and they come in various elemental varieties. And if you approach this monster when they have just started the game, then it is equivalent to sealing your fate. Hence, here are a few tips to defeat this monster without much hassle!
How to defeat Gleeoks in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

In Tears of the Kingdom, different elemental Gleeoks can be found: Flame Gleeok, Frost Gleeok, and Thunder Gleeok. Even though players can defeat them by simply dealing an insane amount of damage, they have to keep those elemental effects in mind.
The biggest thing you should remember is to wear different armor to protect yourself from different types of elemental damage. The second thing you should remember is to go with the opposite. Deal ice damage to Flame Gleeok, deal fire damage to Frost Gleeok, and Thunder can be defeated using wind effects.
Now, coming to the strategy, if you are low on health, you can climb a high point, glide over these enormous monsters, and use arrows on their eyes. Once all three eyes are hit, you can do some damage with an elemental melee weapon, and then it’s all a matter of repetition.

Once these Geeoks are defeated, you can look for King Gleeoks. There are four different kinds of King Gleeoks in this game. All of them have a mix of different elemental damage and a huge pool of health.

But it is recommended that you only approach these overpowered monsters once you have gathered enough powerful resources and developed a very heavy health pool. Other than this, these monsters are the same as their smaller selves. Same weaknesses, and a similar attack pattern. So it’s just a matter of mastering one, and then it gets very easy to plow through them all.
