Extraction 2, the anticipated sequel to its well-received first part on Netflix, is finally out now. The high-octane film, featuring Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth as Tyler Rake, has been making waves for numerous reasons, thanks to its brilliantly executed sequences. Now, it has ended up inspiring a Call of Duty Modern Warfare II gamer who recreated an iconic weapon used by Tyler in the movie.

A die-hard Extraction fan recently came up with their own version of an assault rifle that was used by Chris’s character. Not to mention that the player’s hard work did end up giving them a solid, if not perfect, replica.

Extraction 2 is an American action movie directed by Sam Hargrave and written by Joe Russo. It’s based on the graphic novel named ‘Ciudad’ by Ande Parks, Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, Fernando León González, and Eric Skillman.

Apart from Chris, the movie has Golshifteh Farahani and Adam Bessa. They are reprising their roles from 2020’s predecessor. Additionally, actors like Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt, Tinatin Dalakishvili, and Idris Elba also play key roles in the story.

While there are many big moments in this flick filled with action, one specific assault rifle used by Tyler Rake has seemingly attracted several FPS gamers. Especially those, who tend to play a lot of Call of Duty. This weapon is called the Daniel Defense M4V7S. It’s a series of AR15-pattern rifles and carbines. Their key feature is Bolt-Up. Basically, it’s a patented system wherein the handguard is attached using hex bolts.

PanzerVulpaphyla mentioned that they couldn’t place the laser module on the top rail. So it was unfortunate for them as they couldn’t come up with an exact recreation. However, their replica from Extraction 2’s Daniel Defense looks quite convincing enough.
