Fortnite is one of the most famous battle royale games. However, it became popular for its exciting collaborations. Fortnite has collaborated with prominent organizations and celebrities like Neymar Jr, Patrick Mahomes, and Ariana Grande. But this battle royale has also joined hands with streamers like Ninja and SypherPK.

iShowSpeed reacts to his Fortnite skin

In a recent stream, someone informed iShowSpeed about his Fortnite skin getting leaked. Following this notification, the YouTube streamer received a link and was asked to check it. However, the 17-year-old was skeptical about opening the link, mainly because of the latest hacking incident. But after opening the link, Speed was shocked to witness his ‘first’ Fortnite skin.

The energetic streamer couldn’t believe what he saw on the screen. He even mentioned that it was his dream to be in Fortnite someday. The Ohio-based YouTube streamer said, “My dream. No way we are in Fortnite. No way we have Fortnite [skin].” Further, he claimed it to be real, “Chat, it’s not even fake.”

The Fortnite skin resembled the YouTuber. He was wearing shorts and a white tank top in the default skin. There were also two alternative skins; he was wearing just blue shorts in one while a soccer kit resembling the Portuguese national soccer team’s kit in the other. He also had three emotes. Two were his famous moves, while the last one was Cristiano Ronaldo’s “SIUUU” celebration.

As much as one would want to believe it, the Fortnite skin that iShowSpeed saw on his stream was fan-made. If Fortnite had collaborated with Speed, there would have been some announcement, or the news would have gone viral on the internet.

Moreover, the chances of him getting a skin in the game is very less. Epic Store usually collaborates with those streamers who have had an impact on Fortnite. And iShowSpeed, unfortunately, does not fall under this category, at least for now.

So, the iShowSpeed Fortnite skin must have been fake, something created by the YouTuber’s fans. But still, this was a great edit that Fortnite might want to keep an eye on if they ever plan on proceeding with a skin for the 17-year-old streamer.
