After the immense success of Hogwarts Legacy, it looks like the gaming community can look forward to another masterpiece based on a famous fantasy series. It is none other than The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, which is based on J. R. R. Tolkien’s incredibly popular fantasy novel series.

Daedalic has revealed that JRR Tolkien’s fantasy world video game will be available from May 25th on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Interestingly, Daedalic and Nacon confirmed that The Lord of the Rings: Gollum has officially reached the coveted gold status. Indeed, fans were left awe-struck by the astonishing announcement of Daedalic on Twitter.

With the announcement, Daedalic confirmed that development for the game is complete and all left is to fix bugs. The developers will be printing the game on physical disks in the lead-up to the May 25th launch. Furthermore, the Pre-order will start soon for the much-awaited The Lord of the Ring: Gollum.

Also, the game was first announced by Daedalic back in March 2019 with a 2021 vision of release. However, it got delayed to a generic 2022 date while also revealing the partnership with Nacon. Regardless, fans are excited about the release of the much-awaited title after getting delayed for nearly three years.

Naturally, fans lost their cool after developers announced the development of the game was complete. Moreover, several fans showed their excitement in the comments as well. One comment said, “Can’t wait to see the improvements you made since the last trailer! Looking forward to this game!”

Well, the trailer only showcased the game’s storyline, which made some players question about its action plot. Another fan said, “I’m so excited for this game. I’ve been looking forward to a more chill game set in my favorite universe of all time ❤️ I even have a tattoo 👀.”
